Pursuant to Article 6 of the Law on the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages (“Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia” no. 220/19 and 42/20), the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages supervises the application of Amendment V of the Constitution of the Republic of North Macedonia and the provisions of the Law on the Use of Languages on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia by all competent institutions. The Inspectorate caries out the supervision of the use of languages by inspectors.

Legal and natural persons, associations and citizens can submit initiatives, submissions and proposals to the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages in connection with the violation of the regulations that are within the competence of the Inspectorate. The Inspectorate for the Use of Languages acts upon the submitted initiatives in accordance with the Law on Inspection Supervision, and upon the submitted submissions and proposals in accordance with the Law on Acting upon Submissions and Proposals.

If you submit the initiative / submission/ proposal anonymously, the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages will not be able to send you a response or ask you for additional information.
