Fatmir Iseni – Director of Inspectorate for the Use of Languages

Biography:
Fatmir Iseni was born in the village of Pirok, municipality of Bogovinje on the 28th of May 1982.

He completed primary and secondary education in his birthplace. He graduated in 2007 at the Faculty of Business and Administration, Department of Marketing at the University of Southeast Europe, Tetovo.

From October 2009 to December 2011 he was employed in the Secretariat for Implementation of the Framework Agreement of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.

From December 2011 until his appointment as director, he worked in the Ministry of Finance, as part of the team of the Ministry responsible for creating the policies of the insurance system in the Republic of North Macedonia.

Since the 28th of December 2019 he has been appointed director of the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages.

In the local elections in 2017, he was the holder of the councilor list of the Democratic Union for Integration in the municipality of Bogovinje. From November 2017 to December 2019 he was a member of the Council of the Municipality of Bogovinje.

Iseni speaks Albanian (mother tongue), Macedonian, English and Croatian.

He is married and the father of 1 child.
