The Inspectorate for the Use of Languages concludes 2024 with great success

In the past year, the Inspectorate has carried out a series of inspections which had two aims; the first was to see and understand whether the institutions implement the Law of the Use of Languages and the second to assist the institutions by instructing them how to act and where to turn to for the best implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages, namely the the aim of the inspections was at advancing the Albanian language in practice.

The Inspectorate for the Use of Languages has also conducted a series of meetings with domestic and international delegations, where the concerns and difficulties encountered in practice with the implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages have been revealed. As a result of these meetings, promises have been made that next year they will be engaged to assist the Inspectorate with training in the field of inspection and other areas.

Inter-institutional cooperation has been intensive and successful, reflecting a high commitment to improving the conditions for the use of the Albanian language in institutions and administration.

In 2025, the Inspectorate will continue to carry out its legal duties and professional responsibilities effectively.
