In the past period, during the implementation of the nine-month practical work and on-the-job training under the supervision of a mentor, candidates for inspectors from the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages gained practical knowledge in the areas of Office and archive work, Law on General Administrative Procedure, Law on Inspection supervision and its bylaws.
The State Administrative Inspectorate, through examples and experience from their implementation of inspections, transferred its knowledge to the candidates for inspectors from the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages, summarized in several modules.
The module for office and archive work included the Law on Archive Material, the Instruction on the manner and technique for handling archival and documentary material as well as a special form of records for the data related to the inspection procedure and it was from 12.03.2021 – 08.04 .2021.
The second module lasted from 16.04.2021 – 22.04.2021 and elaborated the topics in the field of the Law on General Administrative Procedure through the presentation of the law itself, its subject, application and basic principles relating to the procedure, submissions, appeal procedure, extraordinary legal remedies and the like.
The Law on Inspection and the bylaws arising from it were covered in two modules, as an essential law and acts in the inspection procedure. During the implementation of the training from these modules, the candidates for inspectors from the Inspectorate for the Use of Languages were explained and presented the challenges they will face in its application in practice. The training for this module lasted from 20.05.201-03.06.2021.
